As the UX Designer for Tailrd, I led the development of this innovative sustainable fashion plugin from ideation through to its final design. My role encompassed every stage of the project, including user research, design, and testing, to ensure Tailrd empowers users to make more eco-friendly, ethically conscious, and animal-friendly fashion choices. I crafted a user-centered experience by defining key features, designing intuitive interfaces, and integrating feedback to enhance usability. Tailrd aims to combat fast fashion by helping users shop sustainably while aligning with ethical principles, and its design reflects a thorough understanding of user needs and responsible fashion practices.

These maps helped to craft memorable and realistic stories that captured the users' experiences, emotions, and pain points at each stage when making purchasing decisions.

This swap also allowed for space to include more comprehensive information, such as a detailed comparison chart, helping users better understand the overall benefits of Tailrd's suggested alternatives.

The usability testing for Tailrd provided valuable insights into how users interact with the product, guiding essential revisions that move us closer to achieving a Minimum Viable Product. By integrating user feedback, I addressed key usability challenges that could have hindered the product's overall effectiveness and user satisfaction. For instance, incorporating the price of suggested alternatives directly into the pop-up card not only simplifies the decision-making process for users but also aligns with the product’s goal of providing transparent and accessible sustainable shopping options.
